CC - Climate Controlled.
All climate controlled units are heat, air conditioned and humidity controlled
using state of the art HVAC equipment.

Climate Controlled Temperatures
Air conditioning temps do not exceed 80° F
Heat temperatures do not fall below 55° F

* A one month security deposit is required on the rental of all units.
Security deposit is due upon the signing of the rental agreement.
